Elyse believes in the importance of having fun through moving one's body. Growing up as an athlete, she shifted her mindset from thinking that working out was stressful to the idea of finding enjoyment through movement and excitement of seeing what your body is capable of. Elyse is certified Mat Pilates instructor, and through her Pilates Sculpt classes, delves into both contemporary and classical movements for a full body workout. Also, as a previous 200-Hour Yoga instructor, she understands the importance of rest after working hard and incorporates a "savasana-inspired" rest at the end of every class so her student can leave the studio feeling empowered.
